I have extensive experience with students of all ages, capacities, backgrounds and aptitudes. I enjoy getting to know my pupils and what matters to them musically. Moreover, I am an advocate for musical diversity and encourage my student body to explore various styles in order to expose them to new musical languages.
Being a composer myself, the importance of understanding the underlying structure of a piece is very important to me and I enjoy sharing those elements with my students. I adapt these notions to the levels and ages of my pupils.
My goal is for my students to develop an undying love for music in all of its forms.

I am a versatile and multi-faceted pianist who enjoys exploring different musical styles. I have performed extensively both in the classical and non-classical realms in Canada, in the US and in Europe. I perform regularly in classical, jazz, pop and alternative styles in many Montreal venues and I also perform traditional music at festivals, weddings, baptisms, funerals etc... My traditional expertise ranges from Klezmer to Ukrainian, Polish to Armenian, Russian to Persian and Lithuanian to Turkish!
My compositions have been performed by many ensembles and I have won competitions such as the L.A. based composition competition 'Art & Soul', Lithuania's own 'Music in Colours' and Quebec based provincial competitions.
