I'm a firm believer in making music education both enjoyable and comprehensive. My approach involves tailoring a curriculum that aligns with each student's interests, facilitating their personal growth and achievement. Whether it's for leisure, well-being, therapy, skill enhancement, or pursuing a music career, I'm here to guide them.
I'm a strong advocate for incorporating playful and engaging games into the learning process. These activities help students, whether they're young children, teenagers, or adults, develop technical and musical skills.
One of my main goals is to equip my students with effective practice techniques, enabling them to work independently between our lessons. This empowers them to progress consistently.
I'm more than happy to work with beginners, intermediates, and advanced students of any age. Drawing from my 35 years of experience in Teaching, Learning, Performing, Composing, and Recording Music, I aim to share a wealth of insights and knowledge.
I have attended the following school earning some credits from University and the following 2 College Diplomats.
- TREBAS Institute, Toronto, Canada - Recording Music Production Program.
- Humber College, Toronto, Canada - Jazz Guitar Performance Program.
- Carleton University, Ottawa, Ontario - Bachelor of Music
- Royal Conservatory of Music - Private Classical Guitar and Piano Studies.
- Ottawa University, Ottawa, Ontario - Music Theory primary and Advanced Rudiments.
"I spent my childhood watching my cousin and other kids playing music, going to concerts and when I start learning the guitar (Self-taught) in addition I had excellent guitar and piano teachers to help me with the proper techniques and achieve my goals as a musician. I gained my musicianship experience working as a performer and my experience lies in teaching comprehensive and fun music lessons to beginner, intermediate, and advanced students of any age group while cultivating an environment that stimulates increasing and ongoing music appreciation. I am passionate about sharing my experience with my students working as a professional Musician and as a dedicated Music Educator for 35 years.
