I believe that music education should be enjoyable and engaging while maintaining a focused and customized approach to teaching and learning. Each of my lessons is tailored to the individual student, ensuring a 100% personalized experience that cultivates unique skills and allows for learning at one's own pace.
I offer guidance in various aspects of music, including music theory, technique, sound quality refinement, ear training, repertoire selection, notation reading, singing technique, and the development of the ability to sing and play simultaneously.
I started bassoon at 7 years old, and studied my bachelors at the Music Faculty of the UNAM, in Mexico. Then I finished a master's degree at the Music Faculty of the University of Montreal, where I'm currently porsuing a Doctorate degree.
I've learned with great bassoonists as Mathieu Lussier, Martin Mangrum, David Ball, Nadina Jackson, Francisco Formiga, in between others.
I won the first Tango Contest, organized by Anselma Veit and Bernd Moosmann in 2021.
I have 23 years of experience in the musical field, and I've had the opportunity to learn from different teachers in different countries and with different teaching methods, and that's why my love and vision for music has growth and developed. Have a lot of theory education learned in school, but also lots of performing hours that have enriched me as musician, artist, and person.
