I hold a strong belief in the profound impact of music on the human experience, both at an individual and societal level. Throughout history, music has been an integral part of various cultures, serving as a timeless thread that connects us all. As a music educator, my central aim is not to impose my own preferences but to empower my students to discover their own musical passions. Each musical journey is distinct, and I'm here to support you in achieving your personal goals.
Whether your desire is to delve into harp improvisation without an emphasis on music reading, to prepare for an RCM exam with specific repertoire, or to create unique harp arrangements for your favorite melodies, I'm here to guide you. Your aspirations shape our lessons. You are in control of the direction we take, and my role is to facilitate your progress. No matter your objectives, I'll tailor my approach to ensure your success. Together, we'll chart a path that leads you to your musical destination.
I started my harp studies at the age of eleven and I've been teaching it for over 10 years now. So far, I've initiated over 100 people in harp playing! Now, I'm in the middle of my Ph.D. in Music Education at Western University.
