I believe in matching student’s music knowledge with the appropriate musical challenges is vital to developing enjoyment in learning to play an instrument. In my lessons, I use musical pieces to develop musicianship which includes basic playing techniques and the basic elements of music. I find this approach much more engaging for students.
I have studied with many notable teachers during my time at the university. I have learned to take different approaches to address students' needs. Students' well-being has always been my main priority. I always thrive for a positive and friendly teaching environment for my students. A personable learning environment greatly helps students achieve their potential.
As a teacher. I take pride and great joy in seeing the development and improvement of my students of any age. I am confident that I will be able to nurture future musicians, help them grow and develop excellent musicianship. I believe that the 1:1 teaching and learning environment would give me the perfect opportunity to guide and refine their playing skills.
