The best way to learn Music is when learners feel safe enough to challenge themselves by themselves, not just because the teacher is asking but because they want to explore more of it. This motivation is my responsibility first, before the student's part comes in. To engage my students and help them acquire this taste for discovery, I work on creating an environment of safety and encouragement for the smallest efforts, whatever their age is. The rest usually flows and I often can't help but smile when a student realizes, enjoys or achieves something. I believe Music is a powerful way to connect with ourselves and with each other, and express our feelings, stories and deepest inner colors. It's a wonderful skill to acquire and develop.
I started learning Music when I was 8 years old. I studied Piano first; my teacher would come home. Two years later, I joined the conservatory. Then I started learning to play the Trumpet later when I was 13.
I also studied Music Theory and basics of composition between the age of 15 and 21.
In 2012, I began working as a Music Teacher in schools, centers and in private. I also had several opportunities working as a composer, orchestrator and performing musician.
Certificates: - Grade 8 in Piano performance (ABRSM) - and Grade 8 in Music Theory (Trinity College London) -- Apart from Piano and Trumpet, I learned and like to play: Guitar and Irish whistle.
