I believe that being understandable, kind, and patient to student, especially to kids is the way to teach. I learn this when not only as a teacher, but as a student. Learning music should be a fun thing to do, rather being a subject of what our parents told us to learn.
I have attended University of Toronto as a student in Faculty of Music, and am currently taking courses as a piano student taught by Emily Chiang.
During my high school years in Shawnigan Lake School, I have earned a lot of awards from performing in Chapel. I was the award owner of Ward Music Trophy in year 2020-2021, won the 360 Award for Band Performance in the same year.
I have certificated for RCM Level 8 Music Theory; performing wise, I started practicing piano when I was 5, and have spent over 10 years working on classical piano pieces. Over those 10 years, I have worked on pieces written by composers in all over the eras: Baroque, Classical, Romantic and Modern (20 centuries).
