Learning with Fun and Encouragement
My approach is built on three pillars: fun, encouragement, and dedication. I create a positive and supportive learning environment where mistakes are opportunities to grow, and practice becomes a rewarding exploration. I celebrate your achievements, big and small, and provide constructive feedback to help you reach your full potential.
I am pursuing my Honours BA in Music Composition at the University of Toronto, which includes performance classes in piano, music theory, harmony, and musical skills. I have studied piano privately since age six, under classically trained teachers. My training has been rigorous and detailed. In addition to my experience as a choir member and piano accompanist at the Austrian Cultural Embassy in Tehran, I have composed and premiered my works at the University of Toronto, writing for various genres and combining classical contemporary music with folk tunes and global music influences.
My passion for music began at a young age, as I picked up my first instrument at the age of 6. At 15, I was accepted into a prestigious art school where I delved into the world of visual and performing arts. This experience was transformative, broadening my creative perspective and instilling in me the importance of fostering self-expression in all its forms. I strive to pass on my experiences to my students, teaching them to be brave and explorative while maintaining discipline and practicing self-improvement.
