Music brings people together. I always noticed as a young person that at all gatherings of large people, there was always music around. Whether it be in large shopping malls, restaurants, or parties, music was there.
I like teaching people about music because it enhances the experiences someone has, with the people they care about. The more people we are able to help through a musical education, the more we can bring communities together, large or small.
I am attending the University of Windsor to complete my B.Mus in Voice.
I studied piano from the ages 4-18 and achieved a gr.8 piano with RCM. I am taking lessons in voice studying under Dr J. Swanson, and piano lessons under Dr P. Adamson, with additional saxophone experience from high school bands, and the University Wind Ensemble.
My piano expertise focuses on classical, baroque, and modern film music following a Russian-standard practice style, as opposed to the French styling. As a vocalist, I am more green, but have lots of personal experience in training. I am studying under a doctorate, who has many years of training. I am a member of the 2024 Ontario Youth Choir, and have plans on releasing classical music albums with colleagues in the City. I have 10 years of experience teaching kids and adults how to swim, and have recently moved away from that field to focus more on the study subject of my degree.
