I believe that teaching music is a collaborative and dynamic process that should be tailored to each individual. Every student is unique, and I strive to create lessons that reflect their personality, interests, and goals. I approach teaching with an open mind, always welcoming new ideas and methods to keep lessons engaging and inspiring.
My goal is to cultivate a love for music while building a strong foundation in theory, history, and technique. I encourage students to explore their creativity and develop their skills at their own pace, celebrating their progress along the way. By fostering a supportive and flexible learning environment, I aim to help each student discover their potential and grow as confident musicians and individuals.
I hold a degree in arts from the University of Art and Culture in Tehran, where I pursued a post-secondary education in music and cultural studies. My academic journey included studying music theory, music history, harmony, and composition, which provided me with a strong foundation in both the practical and theoretical aspects of music.
From an early age, I developed a passion for music and performance. I studied piano during my childhood, which nurtured my appreciation for classical music and technique. Additionally, I received vocal training, further enhancing my understanding of musical expression and performance.
These experiences have shaped my dedication to music and art, allowing me to combine technical expertise with creative insight in various projects and collaborations.
I’m passionate about teaching music and inspiring creativity in my students. My approach is to make lessons engaging and tailored to each individual’s style. I help students develop their unique voice through **composition**, guiding them in building original pieces and experimenting with musical form and harmony. In **harmony**, I focus on understanding chord structures and voice leading, which helps create more expressive music. Through **solfege**, I teach pitch recognition and sight-singing to strengthen ear training, allowing students to become more intuitive musicians. I also emphasize **ear training**, helping students identify intervals, chords, and rhythms to improve their overall musicianship. My goal is to foster a supportive, positive learning environment where students feel confident to explore music and grow as both musicians and individuals.
